or Who is Kidding Who?

Most of the movie stars or acolytes, appear to be using the guru for their own ends. The movie set are clever and crafty at manipulating people and situations to suit their own ends.  The chief goal would seem to be to corrupt the teacher and gain social and other merit and MONEY from the situation. For example, to be seen with all the right people, gain more publicity, etc.

OK we can sit back and laugh at them, or can we?

How many of the hardened spiritual seekers out there are doing the same thing? Attempting to gain more selfish ends by hanging out with gurus. And because underneath there is great discontent and unhappiness, it turns to trying to corrupt the teacher and the whole guru scene. And what about the so called NEW AGE? It all starts to suck real bad!

Have you been seeking for 20 years or more, maybe starting out as a Sanyassin of Osho then moving from one teacher to the next. Well unless you are really prepared to throw all this rubbish out and approach the guru with true innocence, you should pack up and go home. You will get no-where unless you do, and any decent teacher will either ignore you or throw you out; instead giving their energy to more innocent new comers.
