There have been three main teachers or strands which have influenced me over the last 20 years.
These have combined in a unique way to produce the Antiguru perspective.

First
came Osho with his sharp seeing and pointed revealing of how we are kept under control and asleep. He
was such an enigma, there was such deep love, and at the same time all kinds of shenanigans went on
around him!
Barry Long came along when I was living on an Osho community. He blasted away
the dreams and excitement living inside me. Life became very difficult for a
while till I left the community with my wife and lived in a normal house.
Isaac Shapiro came along very soon after. He introduced me to The Ramana/Papaji
lineage and the depth of reality. I served him for several years doing the sound
and tape recordings for his Satsangs in Byron Bay
Other teachers important to me include Ramana, Vartman, Gangaji, Mira, Sky and others.
I want to give a clear picture of the background to my present perspective and the three strands
described below have been very clear beacons in the night

Isaac Shapiro and the Ramana Maharshi lineage
"One day whilst sitting
on a rock drinking a cup of billy tea, the past suddenly vanished from Robert's
mind never to return. This was such a shock, a bolt from heaven! Shortly
afterwards Isaac appeared in Robert's life, and introduced Robert
to the Ramana Maharshi, Papaji lineage. Isaac's suggestion was
"just ask, who am I? " Robert went deep into this and saw
" I am THAT", ...... just resting here and seeing
what is eternally real. This is the end of the search, there never
was a seeker The pristine silence of pure being ,absolute truth.

Barry Long
After being with Osho, Barry came along. His teaching was a change
of direction from the sanyas lifestyle, a more responsible approach to
living especially love between man and woman. He introduced me to
the psyche and its dangers. At this stage the Antiguru expose on demons
angels etc has its origins in Barry's teaching |

Osho
Osho like Ramana, was the epitome of silence and love.
However, his personality was almost the exact opposite, He possessed
a
brilliant intellect, spoke millions of words and was ruthlessness
in attacking that what kept us asleep. He started the process
in me.

Life and Love itself
And of course existence or life itself the
invisible which moves life and performs miracles all the time removing
the dust from our minds spontaneously without warning! This
beautiful old dog displays the qualities of absolute unconditional love |
