   1: The war in the Middle East    (now a bit out of date, or is it???)   

 

I can hear you all hanging on this headline thinking "What is he going to say? Is he going to dive into this like everyone else and make a big meal of it?"

Well, the conflict in the middle east is not what it seems. It is not just about the Americans invading Iraq or Saddham Hussein, or Israel or the Palestinians. In the end they and we are all pawns in an evil game being played out from the psychic realm .

Whole groups of people and countries are being used as pawns in this evil game. Unfortunately, because the human race cannot as a whole see what thoughts and emotions really are ,they are ruled by them. The news media are just as much a part of it as everyone else. They do a fantastic job of whipping up emotion and feelings in the population

Even the peace protesters can get caught up in it all. 

One typical example. After one Palestinian suicide bomber kills some Israelis, then the Israelis get very angry and a huge hate builds up. This feeds the evil energy. They then retaliate and kill and hurt the other side, usually civilians. This causes hate and feelings in the them and we who watch it on TV. All this feed the evil energy. Then it keeps going on and on. The evil gets stronger each time and more and more people are being sucked into this energy vortex. All the while the news media do their part and stir it all up.

Even the people in America or Australia are caught in it they see 24hour news coverage of the war, endless emotional commentaries and film footage etc, they either support the war or don't. The more they are drawn into it the more they become emotional and provide food for this energy.

The people become more and more asleep, the leaders can get away with more control over them. Eventually they welcome totalitarian control over their lives and they suffer as much as the enemy. They have to work harder and harder to pay for their house, they become full of countless fears about any number of things, the end of the world, the stock market, the economy, The new SARS virus etc.

        Hope at last?        

How can this vicious cycle end? We must come to see how we are being used by this psychic parasite, we must resist the urge to be controlled by these thoughts, emotions and demons.

It is no use just the rich waking up, the whole world must wake up from this nightmare. We must wrench ourselves away from the beliefs we have been raised with, all the religious beliefs, all, those childish dreamy new age beliefs. all those ideas of what is real or unreal, our fears about the future. In the end, no tooth fairy is going to save us. There is no real thing to be saved from,
 just our thoughts and how they control us. 

How do we overcome the control by this evil force or forces? You may be familiar with the King Arthur legends, where Mordred the magician who went over to the dark side, took control of the world using the psychic realm or magic. The average human could not see this. It seems only wise people were able to see the truth of what was happening.

This King Arthur story is very close to what is happening in the world right now. You must take control of your life back from your emotions and ideas and the personality.

It takes a bit of work but when you see what you are really doing it is not hard. You may find your friends try to pull you back, Maybe even repressive regimes will try to pull you back, but if your heart is true you will prevail. It is better to die free than live the life of a half dead slave to the evil.
  By being a slave to the evil you end up doing its dirty work for it. 
You are then supporting it. This is the worst suffering of all!!!

Be honourable and resist the temptation to hate the murderers and torturers. Resist the urge to feel pity for the victims. (you can support their needs but don't feed their hate, or use the situation to fire your emotions.) When you see the war on the TV or see riots etc. do not get sucked into the emotion of it, that is what the media want. 

  • Do not watch the 24 hour war coverage, it hypnotises you!

  • Only watch or read enough to know that it is happening, and don't believe all of what you see or hear.

  • Do not indulge in gossip about the news.

  • Look inside and see what is really true. The real essence of who you are.

 

Underneath all this everybody is just an ordinary man or woman, who loves to be free and loves living this frail transient lifespan. 

 

     2:  The Whinger  -----------------------------------------------                  

 

Written with a light background to uplift the reader.

Do I hear a murmur of laughter or a cringe maybe, coming from the readers! Haven't we all suffered at the hands of some friend or most likely ex-friend who fits the whinger credentials?

What is the whinger. It is a person who complains or whines in a croaky or monotonous tone about how everything in their life or the world at large is going badly. No matter how much support and positive input their friends or therapists give them they seem to behave like a leaky car tyre. They have a leak and the good that they gained leaks out, and maybe after a day or so they seem to have gone flat again. 

Such a person is possessed by a parasite in their mind which feeds off the good much like a parasite in the stomach feeds off its host.

 

How does  it work?

It is very simple there is a thought or a collection of thoughts which form a loop in their mind. Typical examples include

  • I am not good enough  or The world is terrible etc

  • I want to prove my friends REALLY love me , 

  • I must tell them my sad story because it will make me feel better. not realising that the story is what is making me feel bad, and sucks from my friends and causes them to not want to come near me thus re-enforcing the idea that i am not loveable. 

  • I am in a kind of hypnotic trance where I do not even notice that I am Whinging.

  • DO NOT associate with your old UNREFORMED whinging friends.  You know those who you shared your sad stories with for all those years. Just as a reformed smoker usually must stay away from his or her old smoking friends. If they do not they run a grave risk of being tempted back by them.

  • I may be trying to be something that I am not able to be. For example I may want to be rich and famous and be a successful writer. But no matter how much I try or how many courses I do etc. It never really happens. So I groan complain and suffer.

Enter my own harp making story

 I used to make harps. I made quite nice ones but never made much money and it was always stressful making them. My mind was not quite organised enough to make them in a smooth and easy manner and no amount of work on myself made a significant change to the way it worked. I would come up from the workshop for morning tea or lunch and dump all my troubles on my wife. 

After a while, she did not want to know anything about my harp making story, which for a while was painful because I did not realise what I was doing. And also it re-enforced my harp making drama making me feel hopeless and useless and sad. But eventually the penny dropped, I was making my life miserable by trying to do something that I was not able to do at the level of expertise I wished. Once I decided to stop making harps and sold off all the wood and machinery my life relaxed a lot and the level of whinging dropped away dramatically.

I grew up in Australia where among the men it was normal for almost every conversation to be a complaint against something especially related to work. We became conditioned into thinking that complaining  was the way to communicate.

   HOW TO STOP THE WHINGER?    

  • I MUST REALISE THAT I AM NATURALLY LOVEABLE AND AM LOVE ITSELF.

  • IT TAKES A LOT OF WORK AND ENERGY TO KEEP BELIEVING THAT I AM NOT LOVEABLE. 

  • DO NOT TELL YOUR SAD STORY to ANYONE. It keeps you miserable. It is THE LEAK that runs you down. Tell your friends to support you by reminding you every time you start that squeaky whinge! Tell them they have permission to stop the whinge in its tracks. It may be very painful for a while, that is normal. It is the parasite kicking you trying to force you to whinge.

  • DO NOT WHINGE TO YOURSELF  this means; do not let your sad story go over and over in your mind. This is DEADLY You may be doing it without even noticing.

  • YOU MUST BE DISCIPLINED AND  BRAVE. It takes resolve and a deep desire to be rid of this parasite. It is one of the most difficult to remove. 

  • BEHOLD AND DELIGHT IN THE REALITY BEHIND THE WHINGER. Enjoy and value the silence and wonder of who you are without the whinger.
