Someone takes you outside and shows you the sky and you say
"wow!
how did I miss it all this time?". However, left to your own devices you are
likely to drift back into the world of possession by thoughts. This causes many people to become
life long spiritual seekers or Satsang junkies, Many turn the experience into a historical
personal story lost in the past;
This is a tragedy. You need to have faith in this reality,
NOW!

of conduct
Have you experienced your true nature
or reality or infinite love? It is very likely you have at least once in
your life. Maybe it was spontaneous and you did not know its true meaning.
Most traditions
of meditation and self realization recognize to some degree the possessing
nature of thought. They stress the goal of ridding oneself of random
thoughts and feelings. But they rarely delve into the true nature of
thought. So how can you fight an enemy if you do not know your enemy. They
usually say it is A WASTE OF TIME examining what thought is. Just
meditate, focus on reality and the truth of who you are, and it will all
work out fine in the end. But how long is this process supposed to take? A
whole lifetime, many life times, ten years etc!
The true teacher not only shows you the sky, but also reveals the tricks of
the mind which draw you back to the world of illusion and thought forms.
Do you want to spent thousands of lifetimes gaining karma as the Hindu
tradition says? The Buddhist tradition says you must sit silently for
years, avoid relating to the opposite sex, live as a monk, and most
importantly, be a man. Does this sound life affirmative? Advaita says
realize right now one two three, this is possible and happens but most
people drift back into thought slavery. Osho devotees say live an epicurean
life make lots of money and you will become enlightened.

Thought patterns
It is necessary to see how you are
controlled by thoughts and emotions. Thoughts are powerful intelligent
entities which run through your mind masquerading as you and as your own
thoughts. Thought patterns can control whole countries and religions with
just a few powerful thoughts and ideas. They run or or more accurately "ruin
your life."
Our human mind is pure consciousness acting like a
receiver for the infinite, but it can also pick up garbage as well.
Thoughts, ideas, concepts, emotions,
and feelings are all the same thing. They are experienced as different
because they affect different parts of our human mind and body. our human
mind is pure consciousness acting like a receiver for the infinite, but it
can also pick up garbage as well.
Seeing or realizing reality is
relatively easy. Someone takes you outside and shows you the sky and you say
"wow! how did I miss it all this time?". However, left to your own devices
you quickly drift back into the world of possession by thoughts. It is
extremely rare for someone to realize reality and instantly leave the world
of thought permanently
Thoughts and
Emotions are not our true nature. They are parasitic and we often think they
are who we are.
It is almost sacrilegious to say that
thoughts and emotions are not of our true nature. Thoughts are how we
experience these forces when they come up into our brain. What we call
emotions are the feelings we experience when these forces stir in our
bodies.
These forces or demons are very cunning
and know when to lie quiet so as not to be noticed as permanent residents in
our bodies. In effect we do not know who we really are. We are like a hotel
where the owner is absent or not in control of the guests and they have
taken over..
How many times have you attended a meditation retreat or sat with a guru where
everything is beautiful and peaceful? When you come home to normal life
things start to go crazy again.
Why is
this happening? Well these demons are smart. They are like guerilla
terrorists. In the light of truth they hide away but sneak back again when
your back is turned. or said another way, they come back for a feed
off you .
You have to be able to see how and when
these demons enter you and take you over. You must have seen how a fit of
rage can be triggered in you and you seem to be taken over by it and lose
control like someone else is there instead. After it leaves you are left to
clean up the mess.
Q: How do we know
when we have been taken over? How can we see that instant when a thought
arises?
This is possibly the most difficult task
of a lifetime. It takes total dedication to being free.
The first step is to see who I really am. Take some time out of your normal
activities to stop and have some real time for yourself.
The most wise tell us that trying to
stop thoughts is a waste of time. Instead the advice is to look at who
we really are so we can then tell the difference between the real me and the
impostors. Just take it easy and allow those thoughts and feelings to pass
through. Do not pick them up! They will kick and make a big fuss and make
you feel like you are in hell .But if you let them be and do not give them
juice they will become more and more bored with you just like door to door
salesmen eventually they will not bother you so much.
You will be resting in the timeless
present more and more.
Where do these demons and emotions come from?
Well we have created
many of them in our own lifetime and there are many which have been round
since mankind could think.
Well I have a produced a picture of the
cosmos which even though I am wary of such things I am obliged to
relate it as accurately as possible. But beware it has all the pitfalls of a
picture or map of the psyche or mind realm
-
The material realm where our bodies and
material universe exist -
The realm of the demons symbolised by the picture of
the Tasmanian Devil -
The realm where all love is true the Doggie realm
there is no individual existence
